Classic GIN-TONIC:
Supplies:
The ideal ratio is 1 part gin (50 ml) and 3 parts tonic (150 ml). As a tonic, we recommend the most neutral tonic possible with no or little sugar. Measure 50ml of gin using a measuring cup and then carefully add the tonic to the gin, this way the tonic does not lose much of it's bubbles. You can also use a rotated spoon and stir briefly.
Add enough ice to serve the gin cold.
As a garnish you can add a few black pepper balls, a dried lemon slice, a sprig of mint or rosemary.
Although this is all visual, as the gin itself already has enough flavor without garnish.
